Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
jililuck22 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at jililuck22's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jililuck22 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited depending on the processing schedule of your financial institution. jililuck22 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Player funds deposited into jililuck22 are held separately from company operating funds. Your deposited balance is available for wagering and withdrawal subject to the verification requirements outlined in Section 5.
Withdrawal of funds from your jililuck22 account is subject to the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager freely but may not withdraw funds until verification is approved.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Participation in the jililuck22 VIP program is by invitation or qualification based on wagering activity. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and dedicated account management — are subject to revision at jililuck22's discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.

In the event of a technical error, server failure, or communication disruption during gameplay, jililuck22 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant wager amounts to the Player's account. jililuck22 is not liable for any winnings claimed as a result of a technical malfunction.
All game results are final once the game round is completed and the outcome is displayed on screen. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory body or referred to arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.
